Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SendAfrica, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

SendAfrica provides messaging infrastructure including a dashboard, REST API, and related tools for sending SMS and related notifications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with all applicable laws, including telecommunications and anti-spam regulations in the countries where you send.

Service is billed on a pre-paid credit basis unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise order form. Credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You retain all rights to the content you send. You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of that content and for obtaining recipient consent where required.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the network, or expose SendAfrica to legal or reputational risk.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendAfrica's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will be resolved in Dar es Salaam unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 30 days in advance.
