Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data SendAfrica processes, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated · January 2026

01Data we collect

Account data (name, email, organization), billing data (processed by our payment providers), platform usage data (dashboard activity, API request metadata), and message metadata required to deliver traffic (sender, recipient, delivery status).

02Message content

Message body content is transmitted to the destination carrier for delivery and retained only as required for delivery, debugging, compliance, and legal obligations.

03How we use data

To operate, secure, and improve the platform; provide support; bill and collect payments; comply with law; and prevent fraud and abuse.

04Sharing

We share data with carriers and tier-1 partners as required to deliver messages, with sub-processors (hosting, monitoring, payment) under contract, and with authorities where required by law.

05Retention

Message metadata is retained for up to 24 months for operational and compliance purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active and for a period after closure as required by law.

06Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Send requests to privacy@sendafrica.online.

07Security

We use encryption in transit, role-based access, network isolation, and continuous monitoring. No system is fully immune — we work continuously to reduce risk.

08International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
